Abilis Systems, a Kudelski Group Company, is dedicated to developing products and services to support consumer electronics manufacturers requiring the best technology solutions for mobile and digital TV.

Our main product platform is a unique 'digital TV on a chip' which can be utilized in almost any appication that features a display and can show television broadcasts. This is a high quality, easy to integrate system-on-a-chip which supports mobile and digital TV standards worldwide.

We were founded in 2004 as a fabless semiconductor company by a team of former Motorola SPS employees together with leading         

engineers and managers from renowned semiconductor companies. With seed funding from The Kudelski Group (SWX: KUD.VX), Abilis Systems later became a part of the group in 2006.

Our management and development teams have outstanding track records in cellular phone baseband chips and RF design. With this background we have developed a proprietary low power software defined radio architecture in CMOS technology providing significant end-user benefits for mobile and digital TV users. We also work closely with other Kudelski Group companies Nagravision and SmarDTV, to develop secure and fully featured conditional access solutions for digital TV.
